A woman Alone at a lounge Introduction |
Tonight, I will be going to a local nightclub that I have never step foot in. I don't go out often, due to the incestuous bullies, murderers, gays, date rapists, and gross, racist, hillbilly pigs infesting the area. The hillbilly incest people usually pick on me and tell each other not to speak to me.
Now, I don't like nightclubs and I don't like people and crowds but I'm going anyway so that I can analyze and hate. Not too much hate though. I seriously doubt if I'll end up having a good time. People are very foul and dirty to me where I come from.
I'm going to be more aware of my surroundings after I investigate the nightlife that I have been exposed to. These are the types of things I will be analyzing while I'm in the club. I'm know I'm not welcomed, and I don't have an invite, but it's a public place, so I'm going anyway.
Yes, I'm going into one of the filthiest nightlife environments, just to be nosey and hate. I'm not going on the night of a celebrity appearance, just because I have anxiety, and those crowds are a little more predictable. I won't be filming. I'm going to stay for two hours. After two hours I'm leaving.
The race of the party goers

|
I will be checking for the race of the party goers. Are they white? Are they black? Are they Hispanic? Or is it an equal number of both? Knowing the race of the crowd is an important part in analyzing today's nightlife.
After I arrived
I pulled up to the venue blasting my album 'The Ruff Owtdowz'. My eyes searched the parking lot to get a feel of the environment. All I saw was a bunch of black people. Now readers know that I don't like black people because they don't like me, but just because black people don't like me that won't change the color of my skin. I will never fit in with the whites either. They don't like me because I can't articulate as well as they would like. At the end of the day, I don't fit in with any race. I only witnessed one white person inside of the entire venue during my time there.
The type of music that is being played
I will be checking to see what kind of music is being played. Will it be rap, is it rock and roll, is it R&B, is it twerk music, or is it all of the above. I'll also be paying attention to the race of the DJ, and how he carries himself. Will he have a unique style? Or will his set sound like all of the others? Is the DJ gay? Will he or she be encouraging gayness over the mic? Does the DJ look approachable? Is the DJ even a man, or is it a woman?
After I arrived
I noticed a black male DJ in the corner. The music was very slow in the beginning. The first song I heard was Tyrese- Sweet lady, blasting through the speakers. Then I heard Jagged Edge, Omarion, and then more and more old school R&B. I didn't really hear any recent music I could jam to. I do not like R&B music at all. I am a rapper. Slow music will never be my style. All that baby making, lovey dovey stuff is corny to me.
By 12:30 am, the music switched to a faster paced like Lil Wayne and Young Dolph, but still nothing I wanted hear. I also heard a couple of gay rappers blasting through the speakers. I couldn't feel the vibe that I was really trying feel, but hey, maybe that's a good thing- I don't need to be too thugged out anyway. I'm already gangster enough.
I eventually got so tired of the playlist that I approached the DJ and asked if I could hear myself. Of course, I knew I couldn't get played right then and there but hey, it was worth a shot! I was asked to submit my music for a later date (as most DJ's usually tell me). I never go back to the same venues twice, so I never get to hear my own music being in the mix spontaneously.
What type of clothes the crowd is wearing
What type of clothes will the crowd be wearing? Will they be street clothes? High fashion clothes? Or a mixture of high fashion and casual? Sometimes people can't dress, and sometimes they can. I'll be paying attention to the brands that are being worn and the type of jewelry that is being showcased around their necks.
After I arrived
The crowd was mostly wearing casual clothes. You know, jeans and T shirts and sneakers. I walked in wearing a short orange dress and a pair of black knee -high boots, with my hair slicked back in a bun. I felt a bit overdressed, but there was no way I could've possibly felt that embarrassed- compared to all of the half naked bottle chicks walking around the joint. I'm not even looking at them.
The age of the crowd
Will the crowd mostly be younger, or older? Or will it be a mixture of both? Younger crowds tend to act more rowdy and hateful than the older crowds, but on the flip side, the other crowds can be more of a bore.
After I arrived
Actually the crowd is mostly 20s-30's, with some 40's. I saw some people with gray hair in there, and they could've been older than 50. It was kind of a random mixture of different ages.
The price of the food and drinks

I won't be eating anything, or trying to drink any alcohol, but it's still good to know the prices. I may buy a non alcoholic drink just to ease the uncomfortable and awkward tension in the air.
The prices after I get in
All of the food on the menu seemed to be affordable with all of the entrees being under $20. I won't be eating anything of course. I'm on a diet and I don't eat in public places very much anyway. Me dining out in a public place is very rare these days. The basic drinks were under $20, with the more expensive, high quality drinks being $80.
I've been on a extremely strict diet for a month and I lost 7 lbs so far. The diet seems to be working out very well. By this summer I might be a size 2. Right now, I am a size 6. I was a 8 before the diet started a month ago.
The sexual orientation of the crowd
|
Women dancing together is a major eyesore
|
I will also be checking to see if they are gay or not. If it's women dancing with women, I'm going to leave. If it's too many men standing around that won't speak to me, I'm going to leave before two hours. If it's too many transgenders, I'm going to leave. Being in a gay club and not being gay is completely unnecessary. Are they natural or not?
After I arrived
I didn't see any openly gays displaying any signs of affection for the first hour and a half that I was there. Towards the end of the night I saw a pack of three lesbians, grinding their asses on each other. It was gross, but I was saved and distracted by a stranger, who's name have been changed to Javier, who came over and carried a conversation with me until the club closed. I was almost on the verge of exiting. I exchanged phone numbers with Javier, and he eventually invited me to a nearby after party with his entourage. I wasn't able to make it, because I had already driven too far away. Javier was never heard from again. I figured he wouldn't contact me, being that I'm still being bullied by every gay, racist, pig in America.
The number of people in the club
Will it be slow or will it be fast? Will it be empty in the earlier parts of the night or get packed an hour before closing? Local celebrities and "popular" people love showing up at the last minute. They really enjoy showing up "fashionably late".
After I arrived
I arrived around 11:30 pm. The number of occupants inside the club was average. It wasn't empty and it wasn't fully packed. It was in between. Mostly the bar was full, with a people standing around it.
The state of my mental health while I'm there
I will also be checking for the state of my mental health. Will I be hearing voices? What type of emotions am I going to be feeling? Am I going to be feeling sad, or hurt, or abused? Will I feel natural or insane? Or will I feel sick to my stomach and disgusted? Will I be judged and compared to those big, smelly, yucky, gross, sickening gay girls that wear red nail polish and body piercings? Or will I be viewed as a clean healthy person with morals, and will I be respected for being myself, being straight, and being original?
After I arrived
I kind of felt "okay". I heard a few voices from a few bullies but nothing too life threatening. The female voices were saying 'Who told that lady she could come in here?'. Other than that I felt kind of disappointed with the music that was being played. I didn't leave the venue sooner than the two hours I had initially planned. I actually stayed an extra 30 minutes and waited until the venue closed as mentioned already. Overall, my experience was a 3.5, on a scale from. 1-10, with 10 being the best nightclub experience.
