I'll Never Get To Drive A Lamborghini or A Range Rover

Today, I was supposed to go tour a 1.2 million dollar home, but I couldn't wake up in time. When searching for a million dollar home, you have to wake up early. Early bird gets the worm. My plan was to go tour the home, see if I could snap some photos and videos, and then go grab some food at a restaurant that just opened last month called Habit Burger and Grill in Virginia Beach. I wanted to try their crispy chicken bites and their tempura green beans.
I wanted to go to a grand opening, but I couldn't find one. My plan went downhill. Catching grand openings are hard. No matter how hard I research, I'm not quick enough. I usually don't find out about a grand opening until about a month or two after it has already opened, when in reality, I should be there on grand opening day. There are alot of grand openings in major cities, but I'm not in a major city.
There was a grand opening in Norfolk yesterday at a coffee shop on military highway call Tim Hortons but I didn't go. For one, I don't like military highway anymore. I don't like Janaf shopping center or anything over there- including the restaurants. That area brings back many traumatic memories- including memories of abuse and neglect. It's a bad area. It's the slums. I can't just go to any ol grand opening - I have to actually want to be there. I'll pass on the new rinky dink, low class, coffee shop.
I decided to order about 6 pairs of sunglasses instead of going out. There is another million dollar home tour coming up soon that I don't want to miss. The house was constructed in 2025, which means it is one of the newest local million dollar homes on the market. I want to see it and I hope I don't miss it. I need a new outfit, new shoes, a new purse, and a new attitude.
A Luxury Car That I Don't Need
While on the hunt for more realistic ideas to put on my bucketlist, I decided that I want to drive a Lamborghini for the first time, only to find out that the 24 hour rentals for Lamborghinis usually costs over $1,000 per day. I could afford that if I really wanted to, but I can't even think of any places that I could go to show off the Lambo. All I could get out of it is a music video and a social media picture. It's not worth the money. I'll never get to drive a Lamborghini, a Bugatti, a Range Rover, or any other luxury car that I mentioned in my music. At the end of the day, I'm not rich, and there's nothing that I can do about it.
I have more access to fine dining, than I do luxury cars and homes. In reality, I can sit around and drink glasses of Don Julio 1942 out of champagne glasses and eat fine foods like caviar, filet mignon, and wild caught lobster tails, but I can't drive a flashy car or purchase a million dollar home with a gate. I can only daydream of having one.
