Creating content is a journey, and I certainly learned some tough lessons while developing the East Coast Krime Netwerk. One major misstep that I want to address is the format in which I chose to create and share my videos. It dawned on me that I was investing a considerable amount of money into an AI platform, only to end up producing Instagram reels. Let’s be honest: the vast pool of creative content I have deserves a grander presentation than just bite-sized clips made for social media.
Looking back, I realize I wasted valuable resources not focusing my efforts on platforms that offer a more immersive experience—platforms like YouTube, and Vimeo. My content has stories that deserve to be told on the big screen, with quality that truly showcases the depth and richness of the narratives. The next step? Bringing everything into widescreen format from start to finish.
Now, I find myself at a crossroads regarding the frequency of the episodes. I asked myself should I continue to crank out videos every day, or would it be wiser to streamline the process and focus on Fridays and Saturdays only? One thing’s for sure: East Coast Krime Netwerk will continue because I’ve put too much time and money into it for it to fade away.
Onward to my co-host, Cortezblacc! He has become an integral part of my podcast, and I don’t plan on replacing him anytime soon. He’s proven to be the perfect fit for the discussions, brilliantly navigating the topics with enthusiasm and insight. His unique perspective adds so much value, no matter how I categorize him. It’s all about the quality of content—and he delivers.

As for the location of the show, I’m wrestling with the idea of switching it up. I’ve never been a fan of New York, but honestly, I’m not particularly attached to any other state either. For me, the focus should be on the content and the narrative, not so much the city.
I’m also eager to revamp the intro, which will now be in widescreen format. It’s all about aesthetics and presentation, and I believe this will elevate the viewer experience significantly. No more settling for Instagram reels when I can put my best foot forward for the viewing pleasure of a wider audience.
In conclusion, I’m excited about the future of East Coast Krime Netwerk. The next series will feature episodes formatted for the big screen, promising a richer viewing experience that I hope will resonate with all of you. I will ensure these stories shine through in their full glory—because after all, Instagram reels are okay, but they can’t compete with the power of good old-fashioned television. Keep an eye out for what’s coming next—this journey is far from over!
