I recently made a vlog where I dive into a topic that's been weighing heavily on my mind: why I don't appreciate men I met online, that I just met, who pressure me for sex without offering anything meaningful in return.
In the video, I share my personal experiences and the emotions that come with being put in such uncomfortable positions. It's disheartening to encounter individuals who seem to approach relationships with ulterior motives, rather than a genuine desire for connection. It's important to recognize that intimacy should be mutual and respectful—a two-way street rather than a one-sided demand.
The vlog goes deeper into the societal pressures and the expectations that can sometimes be placed on women, especially when meeting new people. I speak out against the notion that physical relationships should come at the cost of personal feelings or respect.
